Sodalite Cleansing and Energizing :

Start by physically cleaning your stone. To do this, you can wash the Sodalite under running water and then lightly rub a little coarse salt over its surface. If you prefer, you can also place the stone in a container with water and coarse salt, letting it rest for a few hours. Then wash under running water to remove excess salt.

To energize Sodalite, you can leave it exposed to morning sunlight for about 4 hours. You can also enhance your spiritual aspects by placing the stone under moonlight for 4 to 6 hours — give preference to the Full Moon.
